This page explains the rules and regulations for buying tickets and festival passes. To purchase tickets, please visit each individual film page and click the Buy Tickets Button. Click HERE for a list of films.

> All Ticket Sales Are Final. No Refunds and No Exceptions.  

> The DCJCC is responsible for all ticketing to the Washington Jewish Film Festival. Please only contact the DCJCC at 202-777-3242 or info@wjff.org with any ticket questions. Note: Due to the expected high volume of ticket-related queries, expect responses to take 24 hours.   

> Gift certificates, member pricing or free passes for venues hosting WJFF screenings are not valid for Festival screenings.    

> A limited number of free tickets are allocated for each screening, subject to availability, for those who cannot afford the cost of admission. Arrangements must be made at least three days before the show by calling (202) 777-3242 or emailing info@wjff.org.  

FESTIVAL PASSES 


> Passes can be purchased here.

> Festival Passes are good for any WJFF screening, excluding Opening and Closing Nights, Centerpiece Evening, and the Two Jews Walk Into a Bar Shorts Bar Crawl. 

> To guarantee your spot at a screening, you must email info@wjff.org by noon the day prior to the screening. Passholders may use their pass at the door without an advanced reservation, however, we cannot guarantee admittance to passholders who do not reserve in advance

> Festival passes purchased before Thursday, December 27 will be mailed to the purchaser. Passes purchased after this date can be picked up at the DCJCC (you will be contacted with specific instructions). 

> Passes are NON-TRANSFERABLE. Please bring a photo ID with you when using your festival pass.  

> For those purchasing the 30 and under pass, you can either email a copy of your ID to info@wjff.org or bring your ID to the DCJCC and pick up your ID in person.


PURCHASING ADVANCE TICKETS

> Tickets can be purchased online anytime after December 14 at WJFF.ORG or by calling (800) 494-8497 

> Advance ticket sales close at 8:00 am the morning of the screening you are buying tickets to. Once advance sales close, tickets may still be available for purchase on-site (see Same Day Tickets procedures below).  

> Tickets purchased online can be printed at the time of purchase or picked up at the Will Call table prior to each screening, valid ID required.

> Tickets purchased through our online ticket broker, Box Office Tickets, are subject to the company’s service charges. 

SAME DAY TICKETS

Same day tickets can be purchased one hour before the show at the box office of the theater where the film is being screened. 

GROUP TICKET SALES

Special rates for groups of 10 or more are available for most screenings.  Please call (202) 777-3231 or email at info@wjff.org at least five days in advance of screening date for prices and availability. 

THEATER BOX OFFICE INFORMATION

Washington DCJCC Aaron & Cecile Goldman Theater 

> No advance ticket sales at the DCJCC.  Same day sales only. 

> The box office at the DCJCC opens one hour prior to the day's first screening. 

> Tickets will not be sold at the door for the Saturday, January 12 screening of When Day Breaks. All tickets for that screening must be purchased in advance. 

> Box Office and Will Call tables are located in the David Bruce Smith 16th Street Lobby. The entrance to the Aaron & Cecile Goldman Theater is on the 2nd floor.

AARON & CECILE GOLDMAN THEATER

METRO/METROBUS
Red line to Dupont Circle. Exit north to Q Street. The S Series (S1, S2, S3, S4, S5) runs north and south along 16th Street. Bus #G2 originates in Georgetown and travels across P Street (1 block south of Q Street). 

PUBLIC PARKING
If you are planning to drive, remember to leave plenty of time for parking. There is limited on-street parking available. A public parking garage is located at P Street NW between 16th and 17th. 

WASHINGTON DCJCC PARKING LOT
Limited spaces available. Enter on Q Street just after the building. Parking fees: $6 for up to three hours, $10 for over three hours and $3 flat rate for members and seniors with validated tickets. Free daytime parking weekdays until 5:00 pm, Saturday until 6:30 pm and Sunday until 2:30 pm. Parking fees apply all other hours regardless of entry time.

 

AFI SILVER THEATRE CULTURAL CENTER

METRO/METROBUS
Red Line to Silver Spring METRO. Exit onto Colesville Road and walk north two blocks. The Silver Spring METRO Station is served by bus routes 70, 71, J5, F4, F6, JH1, J2, J3, J4, Q2, S2, S4, Y8 and Z5.   

PUBLIC PARKING
Surrounding streets have metered and unrestricted parking. Closest public garages are located on Wayne Avenue and on Ellsworth Drive.

 

ATLAS PERFORMING ARTS CENTER

METRO/METROBUS
The Union Station METRO Stop is the closest METRORail station. It’s about a 20-25 minute walk from the METRO. X2 Bus: Runs along H Street from Lafayette Square (16th Street) to Minnesota Avenue and connects with METROrail at Gallery Place/Chinatown Station. X8 Bus: Runs along Maryland Avenue from Union Station. Exit at 13th Street; Walk two blocks to H Street. X9 Bus: Monday through Friday Express Bus serving H Street. Connects at METRO Center and Gallery Place following the same route as the X2, but service ends at 6:30 pm. 

PUBLIC PARKING
The Atlas has secured limited amount of parking at H Street Parking which is located at 1410 H Street NE. Patrons are invited to purchase a parking spot ahead of time here.

 

AVALON THEATRE

METRO/METROBUS
Red Line to Friendship Heights METRO. Transfer to the E2, E3, E4 or E6 bus, which will leave you a half-block from the theater at the corner of McKinley and Connecticut Avenue. The L1, L2 and L4 bus lines provide transportation from points south of Chevy Chase Circle on Connecticut Avenue to the Avalon. 

PUBLIC PARKING
The theater is located between McKinley and Northampton Streets, just over a quarter mile south of Chevy Chase Circle. Surrounding streets have metered and unrestricted parking.

 

BUSBOYS & POETS

METRO/METROBUS
The closest METRO station is the U Street/African American Civil War Memorial/Cardozo station, accessible from the Yellow and Green Lines. It is a five minute walk from the station to Busboys and Poets. Head west on U Street, NW, toward 13th Street, NW. Then turn right onto 14th Street, NW. We’re on the right. Nearby Bus lines include the 52, 53, 54, 90, 92, 93, 96 and X3. For more information about these routes and the closest stops, visit the WMATA website.

 

CARNEGIE INSTITUTION FOR SCIENCE

METRO
Take the Red Line to the Dupont Circle station. Use the "Dupont Circle North" exit (20th and Q St.). On reaching the surface, head east on Q St. towards 19th. Proceed four blocks east on Q St. until you reach 16th St. Turn right on 16th St. and head south one block to P St. The building is located on the SouthEast corner of 16th and P St. 

PUBLIC PARKING
If you are planning to drive, remember to leave plenty of time for parking. There is limited on-street parking available. A PUBLIC PARKINGgarage is located at P Street NW between 16th and 17th.

EMBASSY OF AUSTRIA

METRO/METROBUS
Get on the Red Line, exit at Van Ness/UDC Station. Walk uphill on Van Ness. You will pass the University of the District of Columbia on your right. Turn right on International Court and turn right again at the fork in front of the UAE Embassy. You will see the Austrian Embassy on your left at the end of the dead-end street.   
PUBLIC PARKING
Visitor parking at the Embassy is limited. Additional parking is available on International Court (easy walking distance) or behind the Embassy on 36th Street with access to the Embassy through the park. Parking is also available at the University of The District of Columbia on Van Ness Street. Parking fees may apply.

 

GOETHE-INSTITUT WASHINGTON
814 Seventh Street NW at I Street

METRO/METROBUS
Red, Yellow or Green Lines to Gallery Place-Chinatown. Exit at 7th and H Streets and walk north one block. The 70, X2 and P6 buses provide transportation to 7th and I Streets. 

PUBLIC PARKING
Surrounding streets have metered parking and there are several commercial garages within a few blocks.

The Archives/Navy Memorial Station off the Yellow and Green Lines is located across the street from the U.S. Navy Memorial. 

PUBLIC PARKING
The LAZ parking garage at 701 Pennsylvania Ave NW is located underneath the Navy Memorial. There is also limited street parking available as well as many garages near the Memorial including Parking Management, Inc and Coloniel Parking on 8th Street.
