MORTIFIED NATION (DC Film Premiere)
Dir. Mike Mayer (85min, USA, 2013)
Documentary

Mortified Nation is a comedic documentary about a stage show (Mortified) where adults share their most embarrassing childhood diaries, letters, poems and art... with total strangers. Shot in cities across the country, the film captures the raw energy of these live events and chronicles how the simple act of exposing your private past can inspire an entire nation to share their own shame. The movie is followed by a Q&A with the filmmakers.

After the event join the filmmakers for happy hour drinks, a nearby location TBD.

The film contains strong language and references to sexual situations.

Presale tickets only.
