FREE TICKETS FOR GROUP LEADERS
  When you book your groups' tickets we will throw yours in for free just for doing all the leg work!

STANDARD GROUPS 
  Save over 10% off regular single ticket prices.

FUNDRAISERS
  Purchase tickets at a discounted price and then sell them for whatever you wish and 
  keep the difference! Let Theater J help you plan a pre or post show reception in our
  space to make your night complete from beginning to end.

  Senior groups save between 15 - 20% off the single ticket prices

• WHERE CAN I FIND INFORMATION ABOUT THE SHOWS, AVAILABILITY, DATES,  ETC?

• IF I KNOW EXACTLY HOW MANY TICKETS I WOULD LIKE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
  
  

            If you know exactly how many tickets you need and are ready to purchase
           click here.  This link will take you to our homepage on Box Office Tickets (BOT),
           on this page choose the show you want to see and follow the steps from there.
           If you prefer speaking to someone directly, call BOT at (800) 494-TIXS.  
           You will receive the exact same discount online as you would calling our group
           sales manager, you're just cutting out the middle man.

• IF I KNOW WHAT SHOW I WOULD LIKE TO SEE BUT AM NOT SURE HOW LARGE MY
  GROUP WILL BE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
  
      If you want to make sure you have seats reserved for a certain night but
     need to hold off on an exact count you can easily reserve seats and then
     finalize your group details without worrying about seats. 
  
     When you place these tickets on hold a deposit of half the payment is due at
     the time of the reservation.
  
     The remaining balance is due two weeks before your show date.  
     All payments are non refundable.

• HOW DO I GET THE TICKETS?
  
  

             Picking up tickets at Will Call: Please arrive a half hour prior to the
             performance to give yourself enough time to distribute the tickets
             to your party.

             Picking up tickets ahead of time: Please make an appointment with the
             group sales office to get your tickets any day prior to your show date.

             Mailing tickets: Tickets will be mailed upon request. Please allow 10
             business days for delivery.

• WHAT IF...I NEED TO CHANGE THE NUMBER OF SEATS IN MY RESERVATION?

             You may subtract seats from your original reservation until your final payment
             is due. At that time we will need your exact count. The remaining balance will
             be recalculated based on the initial deposit.

             You may add seats (subject to availability) up until the Friday before
             your performance.

             Payment is required when you add the tickets if your performance date is less
             than 2 weeks away.

• WHAT IF...I NEED TO CANCEL MY RESERVATION?

             Please notify the group sales office as soon as possible if you wish to cancel
             your reservation.

             If you cancel before your balance due date, we will release the canceled
             tickets and you will not be obligated to pay any balance due.
             Deposit is nonrefundable.

• IF I WOULD LIKE TO PLAN A RECEPTION, ARE THERE ADDITIONAL COSTS?

             In order to reserve a room at the Center the costs are as follows:
             $ 50 for a group of 20 or less
             $ 100 for a group ofover 20
             $ 50 for table linens
             Extra services can be arranged for additional fees
             Although Theater J itself does not provide catering services we are happy
             to offer suggestions or suggest caterers that meet the Kosher guidelines
             set in place by the Washington DCJCC.
