The Moscows of Nantucket
May 11 - June 12
By Sam Forman
Directed by Shirley Serotsky

Affluent, anxious and at each other’s throats, the Moscows attempt some unusual family bonding over a summer weekend in Nantucket. On the agenda are brisket, booze and a blowout confrontation between competing brothers who’ve avoided each other for years. A fast-paced new American comedy with its heart in Chekhov country, from the author of Helen Hayes Award-nominated The Rise and Fall of Annie Hall.

"Laugh out loud comedy...enough Jewish angst for Woody Allen, Jerry Seinfeld, and Larry David combined!" - Washingtonian

"Uniformly strong cast. You kind of wish the Moscows would invite you out to the island for a week of recreational kvetching, too!" - Washington City Paper

"Smoothly directed by Shirley Serotsky...Forman voices a new rejoinder and definition of family, Jewish and otherwise!" - Washington Jewish Week
