Senior Yoga 


This Senior Yoga class is specially designed for students 55+ to improve flexibility, posture, and balance and jump-start brain activity, thereby improving memory function.  

Individually adaptable, it is suitable for all levels, including beginners and those with physical limitations. 

Class size is limited to 12 students.
