The Washington DCJCC is a warm, caring place for families. Grow with us, starting with the Parenting Center classes for parents and parents-to-be as well as classes for parents with their infants and toddlers in art, creative movement, music, preschool readiness and more.
Stay with us through Preschool, a dynamic program filled with developmentally appropriate activities led by our energetic staff. We focus on a Reggio Emilia-inspired curriculum and believe children learn best when they are active participants in the formation of their own ideas and understanding of the world. NOW HIRING: Director of Preschool, Early Childhood, Youth and Family Programs, Camp Counselors and Substitute Teachers.
As our children grow older, we welcome them to join our fun and exciting camps and afterschool programs where they can meet new friends at the 16th Street J.
And we love celebrating birthdays—it’s easy at the 16th Street J to make your child’s day truly special.
