The Washington DCJCC is a warm, caring place for families. Our children grow with us, starting with the Parenting Center classes in art, creative movement, music and preschool readiness offered to infants and toddlers. Many stay through Preschool, a dynamic program filled with developmentally appropriate activities led by our energetic staff. We focus on a Reggio Emilia-inspired curriculum and believe children learn best when they are active participants in the formation of their own ideas and understanding of the world. As our children grow older, we welcome them back with fun and exciting camps and afterschool programs where they can meet new friends at the J.
For the current school year, we have a few spaces available in our oldest classes. If your child was born between June 2004-December 2006, please contact the Director about placement: (202) 777-3278, sarahr@washingtondcjcc.orgTo join our waitlist or schedule a tour, please contact Sarah Rabin Spira, Acting Early Childhood Director, at (202) 777-3278 or sarahr@washingtondcjcc.org. We invite you to come visit our school and see us in action!
