Some of the smartest campers are the ones that head for the ice when the summer heats up.

  • Join your friends at the Ft. Dupont Ice Arena (FDIA) for figure skating or hockey

  • This is the District’s only summer camp that combines morning trips to the rink with an afternoon of swimming instruction, arts, crafts, sports and field trips

  • Try hockey if you’re looking to combine team sports and ice; we offer beginner and intermediate hockey instruction

  • Beginning skaters will learn basic glide techniques, stops, backwards skating and turns

  • Intermediate and more advanced skaters will build on these skills, learning crossovers, T-stops, skating on inside and outside edges and skating with more power

  • Play an exhibition game or perform a skating routine to show off your skills to your parents!
