Field School Schedule
Please note The Field School will be returning this year to use the
Fitness Center, Pool, Squash & Racquetball Courts and Gymnasium 3:30-4:30
November 12- December 9 and January 6– February 13
Fitness Center: Tuesdays and Thursdays
Pool:Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays
Racquetball & Squash Courts:Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays
Gymnasium: Wednesdays, Fridays

Personal Training is offered for members and non members.

A Personal Touch
Setting up the right exercise routine is just the beginning. You may also need help maintaining it. With personalized and ongoing support, our professionally trained staff helps you stay motivated and achieve your goals. Choose from one of our nationally certified personal trainers, or opt for buddy training – share a trainer and help motivate each other.
A Perfect Fit for Families
The Washington DCJCC pool offers parent/child swim classes voted best Kids swim classes in DC. An if you need a birthday party activity, we have Aqua or Gym Birthday parties we can design just for your child.
A Program for Older Adults
We've developed group exercise classes geared specifically for older adults including Aqua Fitness, Yoga, and Stretch and Strength. We also offer on-staff personal trainers who specialize in meeting the needs of older adults.
A Weight Lifting Alternative
We have joined with Les Mills to offer a unique body building experience for both younger and older adults - and weights are the only thing lifted! Challenge yourself to something different and push yourself over that workout plateau!
A Sports League Community
We play 3on3 and Pickup Basketball! Join a team for the Spring/Summer, Fall or Winter.
