The Washington DCJCC Sport, Fitness and Aquatic Center reserves the right to cancel a class when the required minimum enrollment is not met. Earliest notification will be given and the participant may choose either a full refund or a Washington DCJCC Sport, Fitness and Aquatic Center credit.
Refunds/Credits: If you would like to cancel a class registration, you must notify the Sport,Fitness and Aquatics Administrator Jill Aaron or (202)777-3275.Refunds or credits are not issued for classes not attended. A Washington DCJCC credit is valid for one year from the date of issue. It cannot be redeemed for cash. Refunds or credits will be issued based on the date of class cancellation, as follows:•Cancellation before first class: 90% refund or credit•Cancellation after first class: 75% refund or credit•Cancellation after second class: 50% refund or credit•Cancellation after third class: No refund or credit
PLEASE NOTE SERVICE CHARGE IS NON-REFUNDABLEIn cases of medical emergencies, a refund or credit will be issued for the remaining balance of class fees when you present a medical certificate or physician’s letter to the Sport, Fitness and Aquatic Administrator.
