The Washington DCJCC Sport, Fitness and Aquatics Center reserves the right to cancel a class when the required minimum enrollment is not met. Earliest notification will be given and the participant may choose either a full refund or a Washington DCJCC Sport, Fitness and Aquatics Center credit.
If you would like to cancel a swim class registration, you must notify Jill Aaron
Refunds or credits are not issued for classes not attended.
A Washington DCJCC credit is valid for one year from the date of issue. It cannot be redeemed for cash. Refunds or credits will be issued based on the date of class cancellation, as follows:
•Cancellation before first class: 90% refund or credit
•Cancellation after first class: 75% refund or credit
•Cancellation after second class: 50% refund or credit
•Cancellation after third class: No refund or credit
PLEASE NOTE SERVICE CHARGE IS NON-REFUNDABLE
In cases of medical emergencies, a refund or credit will be issued for the remaining balance of class fees when you present a medical certificate or physician’s letter.
Private Swim Lessons:
Private lessons that are cancelled by the student in less than 24 hours will be charged as a lesson.
It is important that caregivers be responsible for the safety of their child as well as to monitor their child to see that he/she does not harm others. If a child is acting aggressively towards other children (including hitting, pushing, biting, etc), we reserve the right to ask you to remove the child temporaily, for the day, or, in extreme cases, for the session. By registering for this class you both acknowledge and agree with the following statement:
