NEW!!! Kung Fu-Qigong-Tai Chi Fusion Class
Build your capacity to be more rooted, aligned, focused and fluid.  Kung Fu-Qigong-Tai Chi Fusion Class combines the history of martial and healing arts with an emphasis on Kung Fu.  Learn the disciplines through warm-up exercises that emphasize the common thread between these art forms. 

 

NEW!!! Zumba
Zumba combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the Zumba participants to dance away their worries. It is based on the principle that a workout should be "FUN AND EASY TO DO" allowing Zumba participants to stick to the Zumba Fitness program and achieve long-term health benefits. Zumba is a “feel-happy” workout that is great for both the body and the mind.

Get in the calorie burning groove with this high energy hip-hop dance class!

 

Butts & Guts
Target your trouble spots with this express class that includes toning and sculpting moves!

Core Blast
Train your abs, back, and the rest of the big muscles in your “core” to stay lean, and improve balance and performance.

Power Low and Sculpt
One hour class of traditional hi/low for the first half, concluding with resistance work and abs.

Strength & Stretch
This workout will combine strengthening and flexibility exercises. The strengthening exercises will focus on improving muscle strength and tone, balance and bone density. Flexibility will be included in each workout to improve overall range of motion. This class is perfect for those with physical limitations of members looking for a lower intensity workout.

Power Cycle
You don't have to be a great cyclist or conditioned athlete to enjoy the benefits of cycling.  In fact, the appeal of stationary cycling lies in the absence of the fancy footwork and high impact bouncing found in traditional aerobics classes. Participants will ride for 45 minutes on specially designed Johnny G Spinning bikes under the direction of a certified instructor.

Aqua Fitness
A fun workout in the pool with emphasis on aerobic movements in the water. This class will raise your heart rate and get you in shape!

Cardio Sculpt
A full body workout involving high-intensity cardio and interval training using jump ropes, weights, exercise bands, boxing bags and boxing gloves.  Bring your workout to the next level!  Class ends with 10 minute abs and stretching.

Senior Aqua Fitness
This class combines low impact aerobic movements and gentle stretching in the pool. Builds muscle tone and heart rate through water resistance.

Cardio Interval
For all who want cardio and resistance training in one workoutgive this class a try! This class involves alternating higher intensity cardio exercise using both step routines and floor work with lower intensity strength training.  By adding higher intensity intervals, you can build endurance and burn more calories.  Guaranteed to give you a great overall workout!
