 Build your capacity to be more rooted, aligned, focused and fluid.  Kung Fu-Qigong-Tai Chi Fusion Class combines the history of martial and healing arts with an emphasis on Kung Fu.  Learn the disciplines through warm-up exercises that emphasize the common thread between these art forms.  Class meets in the 4th floor Dance studio.

 

 

 The Jacob and Charlotte Lehrman Foundation Fitness Training Center houses traditional fitness amenities including:

Precor & Life Fitness cardio equipment,

Cybex Strength equipment

Weight Training Area

Personal Training as well as Wellness and Fitness classes are offered for members only with some classes open to non-members.
