The 16th Street J has 2 Squash and 2 Racquetball courts located on the 3rd/4th Floors. You can enter the courts from either floor. You must register in advance for the use of these courts as they are also used for other Health and Fitness classes throughout the day and for Krav Maga martial arts classes some evenings.To make a reservation for a court, please email Jill Aaron, Sports, Fitness & Aquatics Administrator or call (202) 777-3275.
Racquetball Program
If you’re looking for a workout that increases stamina, lowers body fat, improves muscle tone and burns over 700 calories, try Racquetball! It’s one of the most thorough cardiovascular workouts available.
