Senior Yoga


Cost: FREE for Fitness Members, $80 non-members


This Senior Yoga class is specially designed for students 55+ to improve flexibility, posture, and balance and jump-start brain activity, thereby improving memory function.  

Individually adaptable, it is suitable for all levels, including beginners and those with physical limitations.
 


Most classes take place in the Ryna and Melvin Cohen Family Foundation Aerobics and Dance Studio. No walk-ins are permitted in order to ensure enough space for the class.
