Senior Yoga
3:00-4:15 pm
February 25th, March 3rd, 18th, 25thApril 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd. No class on March 11. Snow/holiday dates will be added to above. Cost: FREE for Fitness Members. $80 non-members This Senior Yoga class is specially designed for students 55+ to improve flexibility, posture, and balance and jump-start brain activity, thereby improving memory function. Individually adaptable, it is suitable for all levels, including beginners and those with physical limitations.

Yoga mats will be provided, but you may also bring your own.
Note: Class is limited to 12 participants and students
must register in advance. No walk-ins are permitted in order to ensure enough space for the class.
Most classes take place in the Ryna and Melvin Cohen Family Foundation Aerobics and Dance Studio.
