Hatha Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga
Mondays, April 14-June 16
7:00-8:15 pm
Member: FREE/Community Member: $40/Non-member: $100
Vinyasa Yoga is a style of yoga in which poses flow from one to the other in conjunction with the breath. Expect to get the body warm, travel through series of sun salutations, and have the focus of the class centered around awareness to the breath.

 

Flow Hata Yoga
Tuesdays, April 1-May 20
7:00-8:15 pm
Member: FREE/Community Member: $40/Non-member: $100
Class begins with a dynamic flowing sequence of postures linking breath and movement.  Class ends with Yin style postures (long-held postures that stimulate the health and flexibility of the joints) and deep relaxation. Emphasis is on alignment, safety and fun! All levels welcome.

 

Beginner Yoga: Level I
Wednesdays, March 26-May 21

Reduce stress, improve circulation and increase your sense of well being! Join this class for a voyage through this mystic form of relaxation and self-awareness.


Pilates Mat
Mondays, April 28-June 23 (Beginner)
7:00-8:00 pm
Wednesdays, March 5-April 30 (Advanced Beginner and Intermediate)
6:00-7:00 pm

Pilates strengthens the abdominal wall while increasing flexibility and coordination throughout the entire body. By engaging the abdominal muscles, range of motion is supported to the most extended and flexed positions. This Pilates Mat class will engage every major muscle group in the body. Awareness is focused upon bodily alignment, breath and flow to enhance well-being.
