MARTIN LUTHER KING JR. DAY OF SERVICEJanuary 19, 2009We hope you will join us this year as we celebrate the legacy of Martin Luther King by making a day OFF and make it a day ON. We will spend the day at M.C. Terrell Elementary School where we will brighten it with paint, make snack bags for hungry students and put together emergency preparedness kits for the classrooms. To register for this event please check back mid-December.
SPRING INTO ACTIONOur 2009 project will be announced after MLK Day.Last year...April 13, 2008 Over 100 volunteers joined us at Kenilworth Gardens. We spent the day cleaning the river and helping to weed the gardens plants and trees. It was a great day. We hope you will join us in 2009.

EVERYTHING...BUT THE TURKEYNovember 24 & 26, 2008This Thanksgiving Community Service Feast creates 10,000 serving of Thanksgiving favorites for people that are homeless and living in local shelters.
DECEMBER 25TH DAY OF SERVICEDecember 25, 2008More than 1,000 volunteers of all ages and religious backgrounds will serve meals to the homeless, entertain seniors and children, give blood and paint homeless shelters on this Day of Service.
